Couples & Relationship Therapy

I work with couples, married partners, adult family members, close friendships and other significant adult relationships. Each relationship is unique, and therapy is tailored to the specific needs, experiences and goals of those involved.
Relationship therapy is not about deciding who is right or wrong or assigning blame. Instead, the focus is on understanding the relationship itself—exploring patterns of interaction, increasing awareness, improving communication and supporting healthier ways of relating to one another.
The therapeutic process may at times feel challenging. Discussing difficult experiences, unmet needs, conflict or emotional pain can bring discomfort as well as insight. My role is to provide a safe, respectful and balanced therapeutic environment in which every participant has the opportunity to feel heard, understood and treated with equal care and consideration.

As an accredited BACP psychotherapist, I work collaboratively with those attending therapy, offering an impartial, compassionate and evidence-informed approach. My aim is to support greater understanding, strengthen communication and help create lasting and meaningful change within the relationships that matter most.

Getting Support
Seeking support is not a sign that a relationship has failed. Many people choose therapy to better understand themselves, strengthen communication, navigate periods of change or reconnect with those who matter most. Whether you are hoping to resolve ongoing
difficulties or simply wish to invest in an important relationship, therapy offers a safe and supportive space in which to explore these challenges together.
